I had quite possibly the most fun position in the whole team during my time at Redpill VR. I got to combine my passion for digital art, music technology and virtual reality into a series of exploratory proofs of concept and creative tech validations. I got to do a lot of focused studies on using the semantic properties of music - not just its spectral qualities, which are typically used to primitively drive music visualizations - to give life to creatures, places and things.
This page is a small collection of some of the (rather unpolished) pieces I meditated on while at Redpill. I was the principle behavior engineer on all of these and the only developer at all from a concept-and-implementation standpoint on some.
